Returns

Black Bows strives to provide superior customer service. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns or will exchange any standard Bow tie or Pocket Square returned to us in new unused condition.

If possible, please include a copy of your invoice and let us know how you would like us to handle your return.

We offer three return options: (1) exchange for another item; (2) return for a credit; (3) return for a refund.

 

Standard ties include our full product line and other items we make to order including pocket squares, ascots, cravats, boys' bow ties, boys' neckties, etc. are not returnable unless there is a defect in the fabric or a flaw in our workmanship.

If you would like your item exchanged, we will act upon your request promptly. You may request and receive an exchange any time within a year of the time you buy an item from us (if it is still available).

If you would like a merchandise credit, you may request and receive it any time within a year of the date of your purchase. We will be happy to credit your account the purchase price of the item you return. You may use your merchandise credit at any time in the future.

If you prefer a refund, we are happy to oblige any time within 6 months of your original purchase date. After that, for up to a year from the date of your original purchase, we will give you a merchandise credit. Refunds to credit cards must be made to the SAME CARD used for the original purchase. When you request a refund, please allow 30 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement or for a cash refund to be processed and a check mailed to you.
